Booking and Payments:<\/h3>\nRegistration for MpowerD Retreats is complete upon receipt of required deposit.<br>\nParticipants must make a reservation through the website. <br>Payment of \u00a3150 deposit, confirms T&amp;amp;Cs have been reviewed and accepted.<br>\u00a0 Full payment required 2 months in advance of event, financial instalments accepted and agreed per individual.<br>\nLow income options available and at the discretion of MpowerD review\/ approval.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cae8be1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cae8be1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>2. Cancellation Policy:<\/h3>\nIf you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible via e-mail.<br>\nThe deposit is non refundable, however MpowerD Retreats will always do our best to transfer to a future retreat if possible.<br>\nMpowerD Retreat reserves the right to cancel a retreat if the minimum number of guests is not met.<br> Participants will be notified of the cancellation as soon as it becomes apparent that\nthe minimum guest requirement will not be achieved.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0173fee elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0173fee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>3. Health and Medical Information:<\/h3>\n\nParticipants are responsible for their own healthy and safety during the retreat. It is recommended to inform the MpowerD team of any medical conditions or special\nrequirement in advance.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bf3ed23 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bf3ed23\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>4. Photography and Marketing:<\/h3><p>All photography and videos taken during MpowerD Retreats, including those that feature guests are property of MpowerD Retreats and has the right to use, repurpose and distribute these materials for promotional and informational purposes. Please inform a member of the MpowerD team if you do not want to be included in marketing material, in advance of event, in writing.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ad14b3e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ad14b3e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>5. Code of Conduct:<\/h3>\nParticipants are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow participants, staff and the retreat locations. GDPR:<\/h3>\n\nBy making a reservation and participating in MpowerD Retreats, participants consent to the collection, processing and use of their personal data as outlined in this GDPR Compliance Notice.
