Terms and Conditions:
1. Booking and Payments:
Registration for MpowerD Retreats is complete upon receipt of required deposit.Participants must make a reservation through the website.
Payment of £150 deposit, confirms T&Cs have been reviewed and accepted.
Full payment required 2 months in advance of event, financial instalments accepted and agreed per individual.
Low income options available and at the discretion of MpowerD review/ approval.
2. Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible via e-mail.The deposit is non refundable, however MpowerD Retreats will always do our best to transfer to a future retreat if possible.
MpowerD Retreat reserves the right to cancel a retreat if the minimum number of guests is not met.
Participants will be notified of the cancellation as soon as it becomes apparent that the minimum guest requirement will not be achieved.
3. Health and Medical Information:
Participants are responsible for their own healthy and safety during the retreat. It is recommended to inform the MpowerD team of any medical conditions or special requirement in advance.4. Photography and Marketing:
All photography and videos taken during MpowerD Retreats, including those that feature guests are property of MpowerD Retreats and has the right to use, repurpose and distribute these materials for promotional and informational purposes. Please inform a member of the MpowerD team if you do not want to be included in marketing material, in advance of event, in writing.
